Michelle is a presenter, speaker, and mother of six who is dedicated to empowering families and transforming lives. With a BS degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University, Michelle brings over 20 years of teaching experience to her role as a certified life coach through the
Adventures in Wisdom™ program. Her work focuses on helping kids, teens and adults build powerful self-confidence through emotion management, nervous system regulation, and mindset skills development, with the goal of fostering stronger family relationships and healthier communities.
She has a wealth of experience teaching mindset skills in a variety of settings, including summer camps, workshops, and community programs. Her unique approach, blending story-based learning with real-life experiences, has made a lasting impact on countless individuals.
Born to a multicultural family and having lived in various countries due to her father’s diplomatic assignments, Michelle has a natural love for people of all backgrounds and a deep curiosity for understanding human behavior. Her dynamic workshops are not just about learning, but also about connecting, growing, and transforming together. Participants will leave feeling inspired, equipped with practical tools, and ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.
